Hi All, I got the following information from Phase I. So i thought of sharing it with you all. Representatives of Ph.1 met the Technical Director of the Project (Airport expansion) at Delhi , according to him the plan proposed for the extension of the cross runway which would need 300 acres of land has been accepted . The plan for the parallal runway has been shelved . This would mean both Ph.1 and Ph.2 will not be affected . The case filed by EVP is to speed up the denotification process . EVP has confirmed information of what I mentioned in the previous para . They want the goverment to declare in court that the earlier plan has been shelved and this is the new plan . Once that is done the Government will have to issue denotification indication our properties are no longer needed . As indeed one of our fellow phase II person mentioned , we have to thank Indian Army ( it seems Statem Govt has not even approached them at any level) . Also the initiatives taken by both Ph.I ,Ph II and all others seems to have borne fruit . With all this information have good sleep , however hold celebrating till the denotification process is completed . Once that is done , immediately apply for Patta . Regards
